"My daughter has 4c hair, super curly in it's natural state. Lady took 4-6 inches with seemingly no idea with how black curly hair works, and she was black herself! My wife took her but when she got home I was not happy with how it looked. She combed all my baby's curl out her hair. It looked dry and like she had been sleeping on it with no bonnet. Next time we wash it we will see the true damage of how much she took and how uneven it is. Can't speak for straight hair folk but if you curly haired just stay away."
"I was told to go to Fernanda at the salon and let me tell you, I was very disappointed, not only did she damage my hair completely but she cut it in layers because she thought it would look nice when I specifically told her I don’t like layers. Never going back again. My hair is still very damaged and feels like gum every time I shower and it’s been months since I went ."

"1st time going to JCP salon didn’t know who to go with for a haircut. They scheduled me an appointment with Beatriz. She cut more than what I wanted, my hair looks super uneven. My natural hair is curly, so when she was cutting my hair she was cutting it damp. My hair started drying and curling up, she didn’t bother to wet my hair just continued to cut my hair.. She showed me my hair and I mentioned to her I did not like it. She continued to try and fix it, mind you that my hair was almost completely dry and super curly. When she finally finished it didn’t look as bad cause my hair was all curly. So I left the salon like that. The next day I straighten my hair and noticed the harsh cut I was given, as shown in the pictures. Will not be going back. Have to find someone else to try and fix it."
