"I came up from out of town to visit some family for the holidays and so I needed a haircut. I went inside and asked if they took walk-ins. Somebody immediately sat me down and so positive marks there. I explained to them how I usually have my hair cut and even showed them some pictures on my phone. I could give them the benefit of the doubt and say that it was miscommunication. In the same breath, with how much you give them, telling them what you want compared to what you receive, I'm left with the impression they do as they please. It's not a bad haircut by any means and the work is good but it's not what I wanted. You ask if they can trim it down some with scissors but instead it's much more. Not to mention using clippers as well. The hair will grow back but geez. That's probably the most frustrating part to deal with."

"Went to this place every other week for about a year. The service was okay, but the haircuts were decent and quick. Lately, the haircuts have been horrible. The barbers (that require appointments) come in and play really vulgar unprofessional music regardless of the age of clientele in the building, which is hard to look past for me. Regretfully, I will be switching to a more professional barbershop moving forward"

"The man who cut my toddler's hair was patient with him. My son is scared of the clippers cuz some lady traumatized him a few years back so he will only let us cut with scissors and the man did a good job. We were walk ins and we didn't have to wait at all."

"The service was of poor quality. My son told the barber how he, as the paying client, wanted his hair cut. After my son told him how he wanted his hair cut the barber did his own job and ruined my sons hair! He said "It'll be fine". The AUDACITY of this barber to say that to a paying client! I would not recommend this place at all. In my opinion he took advantage and took his money knowing he had ruined my sons hair."

"Not walking friendly as you are not even acknowledged when you walk through the door. Slow and overpriced service. I’ve had better experiences at Amezcua’s barbershop across the border for a third of the cost. Above average haircuts, but there is a lack organization and customer service. I will definitely start going across the border for haircuts after today."
