"ASK FOR PRICES BEFORE THEY EVEN TOUCH YOU, THEN CONFIRM AGAIN!!! Went here for a pedicure and full set. The guy that did my nails was pretty rough with that machine they use I think it’s called a drill. I had to say “ouch” and “ow” a couple times as he applied the acrylic sooooo thick and then went in with the drill to thin it out under my fake nail but I could feel the drill on my actual finger tip and it was burning. The the thing that ticked me off the most is that as soon as I came in I asked for menu/book of their services and prices. We looked it over and chose the EXACT same pedicure because obviously we like the price. When all was said and done I was told “well she(the person who did my mom’s feet) has different prices than me (the person who did my feet). That’s absolutely not cool and not how you do business, if your prices say one thing then that’s your price. You don’t wait until a person is paying and then say oh well that person charges more or less for their services. I felt cheated. I won’t be back."
