"8 of us came here before 10pm, the place was not busy and maybe half the tables were taken. After a couple of minutes waiting we have seated ourselves since nobody talked to us. After another 5 minutes sitting at one of the tables a server came and told us to leave the table and go find a host. We left the premises."
"On my recent visit to Pluckers, I was thoroughly disappointed with the appetizer fried pickles. these fried pickles used to have the perfect crunch and texture. However, it seems like they've updated the recipe and the current version isn't up to the mark. Although our server was friendly and attentive, I must say that my overall experience was great. I did contact the team via email on their app and expressed my disappointment. Although I might give them another chance, I'll steer clear of the fried pickles."
"Big thank you to Mgr James, hostess and take out team for being so accommodating on a super busy UT game night. We wanted to sit outside but the patio was closed due to low staffing, so I asked if we got take out and didn’t need to be waited on if they would allowed us to sit out on the patio and watch the UT game. They said yes and even brought out some comp apps! Wow it made our night, Y’all really went above and beyond!"

"I’m a very picky person when it comes to wings. I don’t like them too chewy (it grosses me out) and I’m more of a drum guy over flats. Well welcome to wing heaven at Pluckers. They have a wide variety of sauces, an option to order all drums (or all flats), along with an option to order extra crispy. They were some of my favorite wings I’ve had anywhere and came with very good waffle fries as well. My only complaint is that my female server kept referring to me as “boss”. Do you need anything boss? How are the wings boss? It was as annoying as someone that overuses the word bro/bruh. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Austin, TX."
