"Eric was closing out my order at the cash register and noticed me having some trouble with using my cava gift card on my app. He took the time to ask me if this had happened before and recognized that this was a recurring issue with the app it seemed. Instead of forcing me to use a different form of payment, he comped my bowl and wished me well. It’s people like Eric that truly make the world a better place with exceptional customer service. Eric deserves a raise and all of the other good things in life."
"Went in for a casual dinner and this was one of the most pleasant CAVA experiences I had. And I go A LOT! Jason and Cinco were extra kind and super friendly. The grain and green bowl I got was delicious and a healthy serving. Good atmosphere as well. Would highly recommend!"

"Started new job here downtown 4 days ago got my first bowl of rice and lamb on Monday and it was $15 same order on Tuesday was $20 and here we go Thursday it’s $25 Not sure if I need to change my direct deposit to you guys by the end of the week. Look like it’s up to who ever cashiering what to charge"
"Perfect place for a quick healthy lunch. Really LOVED my custom bowl. I felt full and energized. I would go back anytime. The only improvement would be to find a way to make the menu a bit more visible, as it was hard to read while waiting in line, or even from closer up."
