"Ran out of the right containers for Quesadillas so decided to throw my sides in the bag. All three were spilled all over everything and I didn't even get to eat my food. Chipotle gave me a free entree on my next visit instead of a refund. Do better at packing at his location and care?"
"The service here is so bad and so slow. You can count on employees being rude, not getting the order right, or both when you come here. One time when I asked for a salad, an employee went to the back and came out with a bowl with literally about five pieces of greens resting on it. I suggest going instead to the Chipotle on Congress and E 8th St, which is not too far away (and the lines there aren't insane like it is at this location, so you might still end up getting your food earlier than you would have had you opted for this location)."
"My last 3 orders here have gone as follows: they got my name wrong so I waited for my order almost until close, well over an hour before they finally figured it out and got me my hours old food, the tortilla was uncooked and inedible, secondly I'm assuming they pranked me because I got a tortilla in aluminum foil folded up but basically 0 fillings It was just a 3 inch long wadded up tortilla when I had ordered a burrito, lastly they had my order prepared and bagged but misplaced it and didn't call it out until after over 90 minutes of waiting I asked and they searched and finally found it. Truly the worst run and worst service I have ever experienced I have ordered here for years and have in all honesty not a single time gotten my order even remotely correct without waiting over 90 minutes its insane. Pepper the complaint chat bot is absolutely horrid and provided 0 assistance whatsoever with any of these issues despite me trying many, many times. To clarify- I order ahead so the wait times are the times from when the app notified me the order had been completed and they had bagged it and scanned it in, even after that it takes over 90 minutes every single time for them to hand me the finished bag"
"Chipotle is one of my favorites for a lunch around campus. It is healthy, affordable food. The new flavor pollo asado became my usual. The only downside of this location is the cleanliness. The tables are usually dirty, and the trash cans full. I would put 5 stars if they clean the place more often."
