"If you are driving thru I suggest another location at least at night. This location is surrounded by homeless people with no care for anyone around. It is littered with trash and questionable people all around. The drive thru screen is shattered. We stopped here specifically for tacos and they were out. It may be different in the day time. We frequently Austin for work and stay near by. We have never gone by in the day time. Unfortunately our experience wasn't a good one."
"Awful service. Ordered Uber Eats and received a Red Bull can - not the actual drink that I ordered which was a Berry purple Red Bull infusion. In addition, I specifically asked for ketchup packets and none were put in there. I called and was hung up on. Don't order from here awful service!!"
"Definitely the worst JIB experience we've ever had. Half our meal went in the trash. The lady who took our order was fine, no problem. Service was slow. Then they gave us a bacon cheeseburger instead of a sourdough jack and instead of making the right one they just switched the bread to sourdough - didn't even toast it! Then there was a hair on our curly fries, which were tough rather than crispy. And finally, the cheese on the stacked grilled cheeseburger tasted like plastic. At least they got the coca cola right!"
