"Changing my review from before (see below) due to tonight’s bad experience. My guacamole is entirely rotten. It’s really gross. They very well knew that when the plopped it on top of my bowl and ruined it entirely. Also, my order said it would be ready at 8:10 and I got to the restaurant 10 minutes after that time at 8:20 and it still wasn’t ready until 8:34. There was one other customer in the entire restaurant and lots of staff standing around and sweeping. So confusing and disappointing as a customer. :( — Just wanted to give a big shout out to the team tonight! I ordered a lot of customizations on my to go order and I was really happy that everything was perfectly as ordered including the items I asked for on the side. You guys were really great and friendly. Thank you so much!"
"New employee maybe but they manager did bad job at showing her how to make a bowl. Saddest bowl I’ve i ever gotten at chipotle even with every topping. Less then a quarter scoop of everything and didn’t even pour it all in the bowl. But maybe it was just this one time . Also took about 10 minutes to put a lid and bag the food."
"Food was great. Made an online order. The online experience was streamlined and easy to navigate. It was weird that I had to name my food before I could checkout though. The pickup experience was easy. I just walked in and it was just sitting on a shelf ready to be picked up."
