Some of the best wings I've ever had. Breaded, wet, and dry seasoning? Your one way ticket to flavor town. You gotta come get these wings yall, best in town!!"

"Best wings I’ve ever had I’ve had A LOT of wings across this country. East and West Coast. We came here months ago and ordered the regular buffalo wet wings and didn’t like them as much as Pluckers. The owner greeted us at our table and asked if we had ever tried a dry rub wing? We thought we didn’t like dry rub wings until we tried Pot Luck. Within minutes he came over with a free wing called the “loose cannon.” It was fantastic! We were regulars at Pluckers and haven’t been there since. Had the owner not given us the free “Loose Cannon” wing to try, we probably wouldn’t have come back. The owner is really nice and always talks to his customers. These wings are bigger, have more meat, are crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. Now we go here every other week or so. We’ve taken family and friends here and they all like it as well. They play 90s R & B over the speakers and that’s another reason that sold us. 90’s R & B and wings. Some advice: The wings aren’t as good if you take them home. Order them in person and eat on-site at their tables while they are fresh!!! They can get soft or soggy if they are sitting in the to-go container for 15-20 minutes. My wife likes the “Hot-Girl” wings and I get the “Loose Cannon.” Their crinkle cut fries are good too. We get the “crack fries.” If you ask them what the crack fries taste like, he will tell you, “like crack” haha. They are good!"

Just a heads-up, the only fast thing about this place is how quickly your expectations will be blown away—made to order means they're crafting culinary masterpieces, not microwaving leftovers. The crack fries are so addictive; I suspect they've secretly partnered with a potato hypnotist. It's a flavor adventure that makes you question why you ever settled for regular old wings. The Potluck is like the James Bond of food trucks—stylish, unexpected, and leaves you wanting more. Can't wait for my taste buds' next undercover mission!"
