"Usually their food is really good I usually get the empanadas it’s always a a bit of a wait for it to be fast food anyways this time a young man helped me he gave me no sauce no napkins didn’t see till I left but I don’t get why we would have to ask for that necessity. Then I watched him scratch off the label of When the flan was made. I realize that’s what he was going doing til I seen the container that messed up they would do that to someone I’m sure they wouldn’t eat it then the chicken tasted bad this time. I think it’s just this location I’ve had much better experiences at other locations. Also the inside always stinks in this one the drink area is filthy. Won’t be back"
"Worse service ever. Ordered 4 pieces breast and legs and Mac & cheese and fries. They said they only had grill chicken which was fine because it was my preference anyways. Sit in the car for 30 minutes waiting on my food. Went inside and they totally forgot about my order. Then said they said they had no Mac & cheese and no breast, and only fried chicken. Didn't even attempt to throw in something extra for the inconvenience."
"Love the fried chicken here! The seasoning and flavor is always consistent. It's also served hot. The fries seem to be sitting out for a good minute as it's always room temperature. But I can't give this a bad review as I do come here for the chicken. The staff is always friendly. This location is small and has a few seats to turn in."
"First time I tried this place was in Cali and I was so excited to visit Houston and try this location. The food was fresh, delicious, and GREAT portions! I love how crispy their chicken is here. The place was clean, but they did seen understaffed compared to how busy they get. Nonetheless, everyone was very friendly and I would definitely recommend friends and fam to visit here."
"Haven't had Pollo Campero in who knows how many years and I have to say it tastes just as good. For under $30 three people can eat pretty good. The food was fresh and the drive thru guy was super nice . I would definitely go again."
