"I’m leaving a one star to get the attention of the manager or owner. I believe when customers call they should be told the truth by your staff; as this should be a basic practice in any setting. My company wanted to place an order for ten turkey subs, chips, drinks, and cookies. I asked if you all catered or delivered larger orders yourselves and was told no. 100% understandable. I asked if Uber Eats would be available as it seemed it was shut off by the store. The gentleman on the phone said it should be in a few minutes. We waited and that never happened. I would have gladly just placed another order somewhere instead of wait, as I even provided my telephone number if that wasn’t possible. 33 items were in my cart for $199.45. Was told to wait when I shouldn’t have. That pushed our lunch back 15 minutes. Unprofessional."

"Went to Jersey Mike’s on New Year’s Day and had an amazing experience! Came in at 830pm and expected the typical eye roll from employees the late customers always get, especially on a holiday and I received the total opposite from Assistant Manager Nick! He was on point with his customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure I was handled quickly and letting me know I wasn’t a bother at all. He showed he was excited to be at work and that’s a rarity from the younger generation. From the selection of bread to the placement of pickles, he took pride in his work to make the perfect meal for me. He’s a rock star!"

"Placed an online order with specific notes of how the sandwich was to be made and they managed to mess up the instructions. It’s pretty upsetting when you’re ready to eat your lunch and what you paid for is not what you have got. I called and was confirmed that the notes were on there yet why didn’t that get done correctly."

"We love Jersey Mike's but this time was a disappointing experience. Lettuce was brown, Red wine vinegar was missing or just had little to no flavor and order was made on the incorrect bread. I ordered to go and made sure to check my receipt before leaving the store. I only found that the order was wrong once I had made it home."
