"Generally had a sweet old Latina lady working the drive thru. They hired someone else that had an attitude asking for my order and when I said what I wanted they did not reiterate my order, say how much it was, or if I wanted anything else. This location needs more workers / higher quality ones. Use to be a regular here but I left because it's so unbearable trying to communicate with the new drive thru staff. Also needs to fix intercom."
"This location on telephone road I got nothing. The order taker told me she had no specials on the menu. When I told her about the specials that were on line. She said those are kids meals. It's funny how you get different service based on the location."
"The portions of tator tots and fries were very small. My strawberry unsweet tea taste like tap water that was not filtered. I threw it out. At least everything tasted fresh. Thier order screens didn't work well it was telling me the red button was activated and someone would be with me soon even though I had already ordered. So I couldn't pay with my card until the bell hop came and took my car inside to run it. Also I could barely hear the lady taking my order so it tool a while to order correctly."
"The worst Sonic I've ever ordered from... Cold burnt breakfast! Stale tater tots as if they were from last month. Service horrible cause food should not have been served in this condition to anyone! Manager claim make it right upon return... Even worse for the remake... Burnt cold old, stale. Then had to wait longer for worse... Unacceptable! Winnie Sonic thumbs down! The worse Sonic in history!"
