"It is really getting to be ridiculous every time you order something they never get your order right I ordered a four piece crispy and got home and it was a four piece original. This is not the first time this has happened. I have never complained about this before but when I’m spending my money, I just want what I ordered for my money that’s it nothing more nothing less I hope this reach the right people This needs to stop."

"The gentleman working at 2:30. Tall bearded. Let me just not mention the race since it’s going to be a good old narcissistic turn the page on me thing. I have prostrate cancer stage 2. I have to use the restroom. Sometimes. In urgency. Well I stopped to get my usual shake. Mind you I am from Katy and was only driving in this area. Well. I enter and the door was locked. I waited. Thinking someone was in the restroom. The gentleman working in there comes out and puts his key in I’m assuming that he is letting me in. Then he screams excuse me. I am like I wanted to use the restroom please: Restrooms are for customers only and goes to the restroom. And slams the door. You know it is the law for every establishment to have a functional restroom for customers. Mind you I am not from this area. So I was not there everyday prior to this event. Trying to use their state of the art restrooms. In my opinion. The gentleman biased me being the 711 customer service guy and thought he could get at me by discriminating. I have worked jobs like these in my days and never have I ever said no to a new face I saw asking for restroom. Well with a full bladder. I assumed I can go somewhere else and also enjoy their food. I’m like not walking to this location again. I can only wonder how my shake would be shaked no pun intended. I am just grossed out. I think the gentleman needs sensitivity training. As a gay Muslim. I am very ashamed for the BLM. Rights I have supported and this is what I get. What is America becoming. I have had similar incidents in this side of town before and I can only wish and pray."

"Purchased a two-piece special and two pot pies with a drink. I didn't get a drink because the lady was there fussing with another lady ahead of me because she had blocked the driveway waiting for food to come out. My chicken was fried too hard. I tried to taste it but it is uneatable. Sad"

"It's quite clear this place needs new management. Came here for a bite on the go. It's been a very long time since I've had KFC, and it will be a very long time until I have them again. I ordered a 2 pc meal and Mac and cheese bowl meal. FIRST OFF, the drink I was provided was merely half full and with more ice than soda. I usually dont drink soda, so I overlooked that issue. YET, I had driven away and was 4 minutes down the road when I realized I wasn't given the fries that come with my meal. I came back to get the fries and had to explain TWICE to the lady who handed me my food that an item was missing. The fries were surprisingly fresh and salted. The Mac and Cheese Bowl was a disappointment, as you can see. For $7.99, I was provided 4 measly bites of chicken."
