"Manager and his staff need absolute new training on the definition of Customer Service. I went last week and Manager and his 2 staff were standing around chit chatting/gossiping while I stood at the counter and they did nothing for almost 2 minutes. They did not acknowledge me nor greet me NOR take any action to take my order. Nothing. And when I asked out loud if restaurant was still open, Manager was not happy that I interrupted their gossip conversation. When he came over to register to take my order, he did not greet me and I asked again if restaurant was still open, and he looks around in a smart alek look and then said "Yes, it's still open". But no apology. So I recommend that the franchisee or corporate replace this manager and his staff at Houston Burger King #9983, 9501 Jensen Drive, Houston, TX 77093."
