"I’m a huge fan of burritos here. Nothing to criticize. Affordable, good portion, nice staff, convenient location, and most importantly very delicious burritos always, no matter dine in or takeout/delivery"

"Food is great. Service is not. Don't order online ahead of time because it won't be ready when you get there. You're better off going in and going through the line. My order was supposed to be ready at 11:56. I came in at 12:00 and they hadn't even started it. I walked up to the counter where the sign says "pick up here" and the cashier looked at me and just turned around. Someone went through the line and she turns back around to check them out, looks at me again and turns back around. The dude making the food had to come over and help me. If this wasn't the only freebirds by where I work I'd go to a different one. Finally got my order... it's wrong. Go figure."

"First time at a freebirds and not very impressed. Ordered the birria on cayenne tortilla and it packed flavor. I was skeptical of paying almost $3 more for it then regular beef and regret it. Definitely not worth 12.49. Even with their habanero salsa and adding death sauce on the table still wasn't great. Pricey and not flavorful so likely a one and done for me on them."

"This is my first visit and I LOVE MY VEGAN BURRITO! Reminds me Chipotle, but MORE options... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!"

"Mixed feelings. Super cool place. Great vibe, great service, The employees were amazing. The white brick wall needs to be dusted. The food was alright. I somehow ended up paying 17$ when I thought I was paying 11$. Apparently, some of the options cost extra, besides the ones already listed as "extra" on the menu. I got potatoes in my bowl, and it was 2$ extra? It doesn't say that they were extra anywhere on the menu... The large bowl cost 3$ more, and I just didn't realize that, so that's on me, lol. Typical me move smh. $2.22 for a drink is a great price, in my opinion, I was happy with that. They had Cherry Coke, which is always good in my book. The cool oarnge tortilla was not spicy, I was told it was spicy! It doesn't taste any different than the other one, in my opinion. It was exactly like Chipotle, but more bland. I'm white as a marshmallow, and I thought the spicy stuff wasn't spicy at all. I don't even like really spicy food, and I got what I was told was "spicy" food. It wasn't spicy! I'll definitely go back for further investigation. My main complaint is that I could have gotten the same amount of food at Chipotle for 10 bucks. I'm a coupon guy, so I'll keep my eye out for some coupons."
