"I really want to love this beautiful restaurant. The food and ambiance are remarkable but the service is terrible. The guest next to us actually got up and complained about the lack of service openly. I am forgiving when it comes to service but Lombardi’s servers failed to bring the right food multiple times, our server had 4 tables assigned, which for a premium restaurant is far too many, and forgot roughly 50 percent of what we requested. I will consider returning. I just hope management reads the reviews and makes the necessary adjustments before it’s too late. Finally they tried to add a $10 credit card fee though no fee is listed on the menu."

"We recently had the opportunity to dine at the newly opened restaurant, Lombardi. While it shares its name with it brother restaurant in Dallas and a sister local French counterpart here in Houston, Lombardi offers a fresh, open concept and contemporary Italian cuisine tailored to personalized experiences. Undoubtedly, Lombardi promising ranking among the best new dining experiences in town is a reality. One of their appetizers feature carefully selected caviar and lobster, worth indulging in. Even a simple pizza transforms into a masterpiece in Lombardi's oven. Sous chefs add a touch of showmanship to the dining experience by finishing off main courses tableside. For wine enthusiasts, Lombardi's previous incarnation as a wine tasting establishment means that infrastructure remains in place to cater to even the most discerning palates. Creative desserts are also a highlight, with gelato served in an elegant presentation and an olive-oil cake that's simply delicious. While the restaurant is still adjusting, management is actively addressing any setbacks, although these may not be immediately apparent to the casual observer. "We have been to this chic restaurant twice so far. When you enter the restaurant you will be greeted by the smiling faces. First thing you will notice inside is the elegant looking large bar. Your cocktail quality will depend on which bartender makes your drink as such my martinis varied from one to another. You will not go wrong with any of the pasta dishes. They are absolutely delicious. I will not recommend any of the appetizers though, bread that they bring you to the table is good enough as they are so tasty. I would recommend going to Lombardi earlier than 8:00 PM because it tends to get crowded and starts looking like a club crowd instead of a sophisticated Italian restaurant as it is."

"WOW! WOW! WOW! Do not miss the opportunity to come and dine at this amazing restaurant! Me and my daughter came to celebrate the start of 2024 and we had an amazing experience. First of all Thank You to our server Ben who did an outstanding job taking care of us, we answered all our questions and made some excellent recommendations, he knows the menu very well. This restaurant located at Up Town Park Houston has an excellent location and if you don't find parking, don't worry because they have valet for only $10.00, super convenient and not expensive. The building is BEAUTIFUL! In every sense, from the waiting area to the bar and dining area, they even have patio tables available. It's so elegant and chic that you'd love it! Prices are fair for the quality of the food and service. Restrooms are for all genders and they have sinks inside every stall. The bar is huge and very busy, fun to just go and have a drink. The food is absolutely delicious and very different than everything else we have tried before, you'll be delighted with this dishes. Take a look to our dishes and judge by yourself :)"
