"Dave and Busters is always great fun for the games but the bar service at this location was poor. We had to just cancel our last drink order because it was taking too long still, it was a good time."

"Service was all around terrible. Food was ok. Why bother adding half cooked bacon on top a burger? What cook looked at that, shrugged, then sent it out? Seriously, service was flat out awful. Not a single person working there looked like they cared or wanted to be there. As if they were inconvenienced by being forced to work. Even the manager did a drive by ‘y’all good?’, then sauntered off. The table was dirty when we’re sat, no plates or utensils. For a restaurant that was only a third full, very lousy to say the least."

"We watched the college football final four here on New Years day.. Got there at 330 and left at 1130.This was the best spot ever...the staff was extremely friendly and didn't pressure us. We ate different menu items and all were made to perfection... There weren't many people and they gave me a choice of booths. I mean seriously the customer service that day and night was amazingly excellent. They kept checking on my party of 3 and even gave us a complimentary photo. I'm coming back here for every sporting event and reco.mend you do too... 5* all the way."

"Walked in and was met with a smile from Captain Monty. He transfered my power card. I told him I had just come from training at a new Dave and Busters and he informed me to check out the new omni imersive game they had. When he gave me my card, I walked in past the stairs to a cute little bar in the middle of the midway. It was smaller than I thought it would be. This location does offer bowling upstairs as well. My husband headed over to the bar while I went to play some games. I didn't see any games tagged out of order. My husband ordered an old fashion from the bartender, Fernando. He says it was delicious and ordered another before we left. I got to try the omni imersive game and it was $15 per person. I played the gun slingers game and I was tired out after playing. Well worth the money. It was a lot of fun. Also, you can play with your glasses on. My glasses fit comfortably into the headset. The gametech (who's name I forgot to ask for) was a very nice lady who helped me out. She quickly responded to me pressing the button for assistance and explained what I needed to do to play the game. After the game was over I went back over to the bar to pay out my husband's tab. I asked Alvarado for the tab, and he and Fernando brought it over for me to pay out. They both speak Spanish so I was able to practice my Spanish with them and told them I just came from training at another location. They were super nice and smiling throughout our whole conversation. Great experience. Courteous staff. Lots of entertainment in one place for everyone. Thank you guys for a good time."
