"The night shift is not the best. Unfortunately that’s the time I go 90% of the time. About every Chipotle I go to on the North side of Houston the night shift always run out of food like meats, corn, and guac. At this point I don’t think it’s the people working in the night shift but upper management. They need to have better standards."

"Every time I order online, there is an issue. The last time I ordered hot salsa, there was like a sprinkle put in. This time, my bowl was incredibly salty. Like, what are you even putting in it? I've never had this issue, and I've been to some pretty bad Chipotles. The one at Willowbrook is way better; don't waste your time here."

"After reading the reviews, I went into this Chipotle having very low expectations but the visit was actually pretty good. The portions were equivalent with other Chipotles that I frequent (about full spoon of meat and a few extra pieces). What did stand out was the right amount of salt on one the chips, sometimes the chips are salty but the location got it right. I will definitely be visiting again. The staff is new so you might have to repeat your order or provide additional instructions."

"Update: I have been to this location 5+ times since my last review. Portion size is perfect! Super filling and fresh ingredients. I order through the app for pickup and it’s super convenient. I highly recommend this Chipotle and for the other reviewers that had a bad experience with their portion size to give this location another try. Thank you!!! ———————————- Food tastes good but the portion size is bare minimum compared to many other chipotle stores that I frequent. Expect to receive less food than other Chipotle stores. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Maybe because this is a new location but the people serving me didn’t care and seem to know that they’re serving less than the full serving scoops. They said this is the serving portion but when I watch them serve the food with the spoon, it was only 1/2 to 3/4 full compared to what I’m used to receiving. I’m located 2 minutes away from this store and was very excited for opening day but left disappointed because of the portioned that was served to me."

"I was anxiously waiting for this new location to open near me. I was highly disappointed by the portion,I had to ask for more rice, it was not enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. I ordered two chicken bowls. When I arrived home the taste was very bland and the chicken was overcooked. I called back and spoke to the manager and he said he could replace the bowl or offer a refund. I advised I did not want to drive there again , and asked if I could come tomorrow. He said no his register would be off ? My husband took the food back for the refund in which they did not want back. They neglected to Refund the Queso which was $2.95. He stated that they were trained in the portion sizes. I frequent Chipotle at least 3 times a month. This location has lost my business."
