"There was no reason to talk to a customer like he was deaf. There was a Spanish speaking customer who walked in asking how to pump the gas. The guy who works mid shift I guess (bigger guy wears glasses) was being very rude to him. Little does he know in Mexico they don’t pour their own gas, they have people at the gas pumps to do it for them when they drive up. Luckily I was there and explained to the customer how to do it."
"I stopped by this new store because its near my home. I was told they wanted $150.00 just to look at my a/c. My a/c was repaired for $73.00 at Firestone, Ill never go back to this Toot N Totum"
"Your website says home of the original towel dry service when you get a car wash.... my car wasnt sprayed like the one on Osage does nor was it towel dried. I could have went to pak a sak for half price for the same service I just got."
"So I bought a new car in august. The dealership gives me a free month to use there car wash for free. I do it of course. Around the time the month expired a notice a paint chip. But I didn’t think much of it. Didn’t think it to be car wash. Keep going. Noticed another chip. I thought maybe it could be rocks from the highway. I go a final time I notice another that I knew for sure wasn’t there till after that wash. I had been watching for new ones closely being I thought it was from the road. Nope. It’s from there car wash. Brand new car now has three paint chips. Bought the car in august. Made a complaint. Nobody has reached out to me. I guess I’ll just buy gas from now on. Nothing else. Also brought another car there to change the serpentine belt a few month ago at the same location and they broke a part on the car and tried to cover it up by adding mileage to ticket so I couldn’t call back have the warranty fix it. Very crooked location. I wouldnt buy much from this location. I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt and leave it alone but they burned me bad."
"New buildings gas station and car care shop and car wash that even take a Dually truck first time I go to car wash that allow Dually trucks inside good fuel price really clean place and good customer service! Thank you for the free car wash"
