"That was the first time I've seen a Sonic with an indoor dining room! I had to take my family inside to eat just for the experience! It had a nice atmosphere and it was very clean! And, a clean restaurant is VERY important to me and my family."
"The workers did not smile. I had to repeat my order several times because the order taker said she couldn't understand that I wanted mayo but no tomato. I paid with a debit card, and one of the workers came out to the card and asked for the card, but she didn't explain clearly that she needed to take the card inside. I thought she only needed to see the card to verify that it matched the receipt. A different worker brought it back to me. However, neither smiled, and the atmosphere was unpleasant. Also, the food was not hot, nor did it taste fresh. This was my first time here and I won't go back again."
"My experience at this particular location is to drive in and order works but doesn't work when you can hear the order server, but they can't hear you, or the order prompt device doesn't work. So, I decided to walk into their dine in to order a carry out burger and Route 44 drink. People in the restaurant, but no employee greeted us or acknowledged that if anyone at the FoH. I waited for about 5-10 minutes, then I asked a customer in front of me. Have you been served or can anyone come to your order. The customer stated "No!" Employee Finally acknowledges that people were up front. Until Sonic employees do there job"
"I met a one-legged homeless friend here with lots of Monster Energy drinks. He offered them to me! Easy to find because they are next to Shell gas station."
"Sloppy location! This store is in a gas station section near a Walmart off of Beltway 8. The drive thru is trashed, the signs are falling down and the trash receptacle outside is falling apart. I didn't have many options for a quick bite. As I rounded the corner of the drive thru, I knew I didn't want to continue, but a car pulled in behind and car was in front of me, so unfortunately, I was stuck. The lack of attention to service is awful. Food was messy, tots were skimpy, no napkins, no condiments and no care. Someone needs to get ahold of this place badly and maintain it."
