"I always enjoy a good Philly cheesesteak from Charley’s. But was disappointed when a co-workers sandwich was completely soggy and wet. They ordered the chicken teriyaki and it was completely inedible. It just fell apart altogether. Now my regular Philly cheesesteak was perfect. No issues with mine but it was ridiculous to send out an order that wet and soggy. We ordered through Uber since we were extremely busy at the office to get our lunch. Unable to get them a better meal now and rather not pay delivery for another one."
