"This place has been under new management for only a month and now only serves banh canh and fried rice/noodles. Various toppings are available, but the broth remains the same. You can choose between thick (which includes tapioca starch in bone broth) or thin (bone broth). Keep in mind that the thick broth retains heat longer, so if you're in a hurry, consider getting the thin broth. I ordered banh canh Qui Nhon (fish cake, squid ball, mushroom & quail egg). The thick broth is hearty yet light and retains heat for quite a while. The fish cake is better than those at other banh canh places I've tried, and the squid ball is tender and fresh. They also provide free shrimp chips for an appetizer and sweet coconut taro for dessert, which is a nice touch. The salted fish and chicken fried rice was fine, with a good portion and it comes with soup."
