"The portions on the sides was horrible. Major disappointment. And to think I bought an extra large side, and it was as small as the ( 3 large) sides that came with the almost $47 meal price for a 12 piece. And the chicken didn't taste good either. Such a real disappointment. This location quality is horrible. I felt so cheated for my money. Will not be returning here...... I advise if you have to drive an extra mile or 2 to go somewhere else then do so."
"I bought the family deal in the chicken tasted genetically made. When I started cutting the chicken with my fingers it did not even look like chicken, it had odd lumps on it and it just did not sit well in my pallet. I ended throwing the whole bucket of chicken away, not even my dogs wanted to eat it. Shut this place down immediately!"
"Spent over 30 mins waiting inside of the store just for my food, their manager had to tell their employee to hurry up. Asked for extra crispy 12pc chicken, instead got extra soggy/small pieces, and needed to put them in oven. Fries weren’t fresh and very salty. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."
"ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo from here, not only did i receive a regular chicken sandwich with mayo instead, but i could tell the chicken had been sitting under the heat lamp for at least half an hour, the bun was stale, and the fries were incredibly soggy. i had to drown it in tony chachere's to make it edible."
