"This location usually does so good, unfortunately today I came and wanted to get a large water and they refused to give me a large and said I can only get a water in a small cup. I said I would pay for a large and she said we do not do any other size at this location. Hope yall aren’t thirsty."
"On two separate occasions I have been served unacceptable, thin chicken. See photos. I believe, but am not sure, that this location is splitting their chicken breasts lengthwise before frying to cut costs and maximize profits. I will let the photos speak for themselves. Once would have been a fluke; twice is suspicious. I called the location and spoke to a nice manager who assured me they do not cut the breasts in half but I still have doubts. Regardless of the cause, they should not be serving this. It's too thin and not the thick, breaded goodness we are used to. I will report this to the corporate office as well. UPDATE (10/17): I received a nice call from the GM who informed me they do not cut the breasts in half but that they identified some supplier issues and they are going to address it so the thin breasts are not served. I am satisfied with the response and appreciate the attentiveness."
"This is easily the best chick fil a in the greater Houston area. While it can be incredibly busy like when I came today, they are always fast and helpful. I’ve been coming to this location for the better part of 7 years and they’ve always been fantastic and quick to fix anything if it is wrong. Absolutely lovely location and can’t wait to come back!"
"This is the time I honestly admire chick fill and the way they work, first because they don’t open in Sunday’s and now because in this particular restaurant they have a granny working here!! She was the very best at taking our order! For sure the best to get here are the lemonades and Mac n cheese! I love the original chill fill a sauce ! It goes really good with anything on the menu! You should try the brownie and cookie for dessert, but I only recommend the brownies if you like chocolate as I do!"
