"I brought my kids in to have lunch today everything was great. It also seems like the food has gotten much better. I had actually stopped coming to this Panda Express a few years ago, but I decided to give it another try. Apparently they have new management. The food was amazing. I mean some of the best Panda Express I ever had. The store manager Robert was cooking and the food was delicious. Also he gave my kiddos fortune cookies and stickers. They were so excited thanks for the great service."
"Ordered online around 6pm. I ordered the “ Benjing Beef” and “ Super greens”. For the Beef i only received like 2-3 pieces of the beef. For the Greens it seems like i didnt receive any of it, besides the one that comes with the beef. They were clearly rationing. With 3 hours remaining before closing there’s no reason to not cook more to ensure customers are getting their money’s worth. I work in the food service industry and would never do this to a customer. I will always give them the appropriate portions. This place always has something going on, and apparently i’m not the only one who had a problem with the meat portions. I hope they take this issue seriously."
"I'll let my food online and was told it would be ready at 9:45. I arrived at Panda Express at 9:25 mind you I ordered it at 9:07. Upon my arrival I was told there was no order I showed them my order with the ticket number then they proceeded to tell me that they only had broccoli and beef not asking me if I wanted anything else to eat they took my order number went to the back and canceled my order. No one asked me if I wanted to place another order then a young man comes to the window and hand me some papers out of the window not explaining no manager explaining or anything I began to read the notice and it says my order was canceled and I will be refunded, mind you it is not about the refund it's about the poor service that they're giving if you know you're not going to service people after a certain time why would you let them continue to order online. I will be contacting the corporate office first thing in the morning"
"This is the "beef and broccoli" I received from panda express today. Where's the beef? Not a SINGLE piece of beef in my order, it was ALL broccoli. Very disappointed."
