"In the drive thru I got up charged for a soda. Never once did I ask for a large and the female cashier on Wednesday, 2/7 around 11:30am CT just rang me up with an up charge. Secondly, ordered mash potatoes. The clerks didn’t put any utensils in the bag. I drove back and asked for some and they said they were out. I was like how was I supposed to eat this mash? She shrugged. I had to ask for a different side. Common sense would flag your customers when you’re out of a utensil that is necessary to eat your fast food. Lastly, no napkins. Awful experience."
"This place has sadly gone down hill. It used to be a good spot but time after time it is a bad experience. This time I was asked to pull around so they do not get in trouble for not being fast enough. After waiting way too long we went inside to ask what's going on. There is water all over the floor from the roof leaking. The workers are freaking out because they cannot keep up with the demand (only 2 customers inside lol) the soda machine is leaking and looks like mold around it. I wish we had a good KFC near us. Guess we will have to start driving farther for a cleaner one."
"Dude that brought our food out to us was friendly but, how did they forget the gravy on our mashed potatoes and gravy?? It's literally two ingredients... mashed potatoes and gravy. Yes there's an option to not include gravy but the family meal specifically states "and gravy." I guess it's still a win since only 1 item was missing this time."
