"This location is a special gem within the large Starbucks chain. Because of the kindness and attentiveness of their staff and timeliness of the service, I have started frequenting this location over others. Tim is one of the barista's there and his bright and upbeat energy lifts your own mood just as much as the coffee! :) This location definitely deserves some extra kudos from the top because of the extra mile they go to give their patrons a customer experience that stands out amongst the many other coffee shops that Austin has to offer ( that really says something given that they are such a "corporate" business). Thanks Tim and the rest of the staff at Starbucks Westlake for adding a special touch to our daily coffee grind. Y'ALL ROCK!"

"If someone orders an impossible breakfast sandwich that means that they clearly don’t eat meat. If you are sold out you are supposed to tell the customer instead of replacing their meatless sandwich with one that contains meat."

"My preferred starbies location in West Lake! I’ve come in here super early mornings (sometimes even when they had just opened - I’m sorry!) and the morning crew regardless of the day of the week or who have always been so gracious. And they get really busy! They know me by now that I rarely have to ask for the extra espresso I ordered but even then they’re so nice. They acknowledge me by name, smile, greet, check up on my order if they see me waiting longer than usual - which is so appreciated. One time I ordered at the wrong location and it was a 10minute drive and they were kind enough to do my order so that I don’t to drive all the way. Love the staff here."
