"I placed a mobile order and it said it’d be ready by 6:48 I waited until 6:47 to ask about my order cause the worker Luz still hadn’t started making it yet as she was too busy talking and showing pictures on her phone to the 1 customer in line. When I asked and said my order was supposed to be done at 6:48 she replied “ yeah that’s what the computer says.” If there’s only going to be one employee they should at least learn how to manage their time better."
"Ordered for mobile pick up. Arrived and the worker was cleaning. This was 10 min after I ordered. Asked if my coffee was ready. She huffed and asked what my order was. She began to prepare my order but took an additional 8 minutes to make it. Not impressed with the service and wait time."
