"Don't go to this location if you like the nitro cold brew. You will be told various reasons why it can't be made. 1) Nitro machine broken 2) Barista argued that I never said 'nitro' 3) Just fixed machine but it's not brewed 3) Nitro machine broken again, but then story changed to the 'manager doesn't show us how to hook it up'. Seems like they just don't want to make it. Won't be going back to this location."
"I arrived at 7:40 pm and waited because the worker was not there (he had lunch). But it is written that they work always and without interruptions. I spent a lot of time waiting"
"I love this Starbucks! The ladies who work here are awesome. They always have a smile and warm hello. Mrs Trish remembers what I like and often has my drinks made before I finish checking out. They are knowledgeable and helpful when I’m wanting to try something new. I will go out of my way to come to this location because of the staffs kindness and willingness to go above and beyond."
"The ladies who work in this Kroger location are super patient and friendly. I prefer to come here because it's not so crowded, but the drinks and coffees they make here are fantastic. The caramel frappe with the banana bread is my favorite combination. I'm not even a fan of bananas l, but I keep coming back because it tastes that great when warmed up. Great location, great staff and great drinks. Go try em' out!"
