"Customer service was horrible. The first time we went to pick up the vehicle, it had new damage and completely dust inside and out. We had to leave the car again. The 2nd time, they forgot to replace a part and once again dusty inside and out. The last time the repairs were made but the vehicle was filthy on. It was just detailed before we took it in. I understand the elements snd that the ousltside was dusty, but not sure why it was so dirty inside. The staff blew us off including the manager. I would not recommend that partticular site to take your vehicle to."

"I just left the front desk after dealing with an idiot. I went to check where my vehicle was listed for the hail damage repair. Upon arrival, I asked to see where my vehicle was listed, and then he started. He did have me listed. Then, he began telling me about the process of what needs to happen. I tried to speak several times but kept getting cut off, so I told him to close his mouth and listen to what I was trying to say and why. Down the rabbit hole he went, explaining what it takes from him again. Finally, I had enough. I said I've been there before and was told I should be called in December, but I hadn't received any call, so I came in to check up. Again, he started explaining his process, and since I wasn't listening, there was nothing he could do. So I left pissed off because of that one person. Here's the kicker: that idiot never asked me for my name or tried to check his computer for me or my vehicle. I will be contacting USAA for other repair places they work with. I know I am only one person, but the front desk needs to do more instead of trying not to take in work. Will I return? Not if he is the person I have to contact. (WOKE)"

From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted with professionalism and care, to the moment I drove off in my good-as-new car, I felt like everything was transparent, and I was kept up to date throughout the process. "It took too long time to schedule a repair from the time an estimate was done. Also vehicle exterior was delivered dirty and several scuff marks in the clear coat. For $9K in repairs it should have been washed and detailed. Follow-up to owner's reply: Contacted body shop to have the vehicle detailed to remove the scuff marks/scratches in the clear coat. Was told to drop it off and no appointment needed as it should only take a couple hours. Dropped it off and it ended up taking a couple of days. Vehicle was delivered dirty again and not all marks/scratches were removed from clear coat. Talked to their service advisor and detailer and was told that can't remove scuff/scratch marks in clear coat unless it gets sanded which will remove clear coat. Very disappointed that was not discovered and not fixed during the three weeks that had my car for hail damage repair. These scuff/scratch marks were not originally there as car was thoroughly inspected by insurance adjuster and their service advisor before it was dropped off. My car is a 2023 model with only 7K miles."

The person at the front desk was very courteous, pleasant, and professional. The Service Advisor that I worked with was great! He was knowledgeable and professional and he continuously updated me on the progress of the car! I'm glad I chose that location."
