"If I could give no stars for the lower level employees there I would. Ordered a traveler and the girl told me it will take 25 min. and then had a nother employee agree with her, trying to talk me out of it. How does making a pot of coffee take 25 min when you have 8 people there. It brews itself these days. She didnt start on it until 7 min after I ordered it then paused and worked on something else. The manager asked her what is this for....and he ended up finishing the order. This always happens whe I order a traveler with her. I feel sorry for the manager, he is a good guy. I guess the younger folks dont understand how tipping works....."
"Every time I come here, I have to wait over 15 minutes for my drink when no one is in front of me. Almost all of the workers have no idea how to make the drinks, and over half are goofing off or on break. I can never come here for a quick coffee because it is never quick even though there is no one there. The location in la centerra can have a line of 20 people, and I’ll still get my drink quicker than the one here when I’m the only one in line. And even after the wait, since the baristas don’t know how to make the drink, it tastes weird half the time, like i got a frappuccino after waiting 15 minutes and they added whip when I asked for no whip. I just took it off because I didn’t have time to wait again, and they added no sugar. The morning service is good though, any other time of the day though, and you’ll be left waiting."
"This location has the largest inside seating area I've seen in a Starbucks. very clean, Baristas are awesome and freindly, a great place to get work done quietly. Aaliyah had me try the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher taste amazing!!! Try it"
"Love this location. Really friendly staff and one of the best looking locations around. The indoor and outdoor seating is great for relaxing by yourself or with friends. It's also great that there is a drive thru, because there are not a lot of drive thru Starbucks in the area. It's not a super busy location yet, so I selfishly admit that I like that for the time being. It's only a matter of time before it changes."
