Mother's Window Tint

"Took my car in few months ago for tint great job so I thought until my rear defroster didn’t work. Long story short I was told when they did the tint the defroster (lines) whatever they’re called were broken due to them taking the old tint off to replace with theirs. Whoever I talked to on the phone had the attitude of “too bad so sad” with no intentions of taking fault or even trying to make it right. At least I felt he should have offered to redo my tint after I had to buy another windshield. I’m sure no one will lose any sleep over this review but I am an unhappy customer and if this post helps someone else to beware when they have to replace your tint They might mess up your defroster (lines). Maybe you’ll think twice about getting it done."

"Mother's does great tinting, but they also install great sound and Apple Car Play systems. Two years ago I updated my wife's Miata with a Sony Car Play system from Mother's. It ran great for two years... until it didn't. I called Jason at the 290 store and he said for me to bring it in and he'd look at it and give me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it. Jason took it to the shop behind the store and came back in a few minutes with my keys. He says, "It's fixed. You're good to go." I ask him how much I owed him and he said, "Nothing... one of your wires came loose and I put it back." You can't beat that type of customer service. Thanks, Jason!"

"There’s very few people these days that stand behind their work, and make things right but the guys here stand apart. When I needed to replace my radio, they were able to help me find an affordable option, and when it had issues down the line, they repaired it, and when the radio itself sailed, they gave me a full replacement free of charge. "I wanted to darken the factory window tint on my new Honda CR-V. I took it to Mother's Window Tint on 35. Jason, Eric, Matt and Alex thoroughly explained the different types of tint and the benefits of each kind. Based on that helpful guidance, I chose the ceramic tint because of the relentless Texas heat! I also had the clear UV tint installed on the windshield. I've had tint installed at other places and it faded and bubbled. My tint looks great, keeps a lot of heat out of my car and lets my AC cool down quicker! They explained how to take care/clean the tint so it will last longer and perform better. The installation was quick and very professionally done. They returned my Cr-V clean.
