"Slower service and higher prices than I think is reasonable. Staff try their best, but they’re run ragged, and it shows. If you can find an alternative for your vehicle, I’d recommend looking elsewhere."

"Service personnel is not properly trained for VW. Had an oil change in my Atlas, extremely expensive, without my approval they also changed the filter, and they did not reset the reminder on the car computer. When calling them back the person did not know about that and asked me I would need to have it back to them and wait hours for inspection and probably pay, so I had to find in YouTube how to easily fix it. Better go to other dealerships that can have better training and customer service."

"I’m severely disappointed at the quality of service provided at this dealership. My wife and initially came in for our regular vehicle maintenance and for fixing an issue with a cup holder. They did our regularly scheduled maintenance no problem but apparently did not order the part for our cup holder so we had to reschedule for that. Upon returning to get the cup holder repaired we also asked for an alignment which they “tried” to do. Emphasis on “tried.” Upon determining that an alignment could not be done because a part of the rear frame was bent instead of letting us know and not continuing to “try” to do an alignment and failing they still billed us for an alignment. As if that weren’t bud enough they billed us for another alignment when the vehicles broken components were repaired. After about a day or two of having our vehicle back from them we got a call asking us to return the vehicle and I quote, “our technician would like for you to return your vehicle because he wants to double check his work. He’s afraid he may have not torqued all of the bolts down to spec for the repair he did! Your wheels won’t fall off or anything but he just wants to make sure he did a good job.” Well if we gotta be called back in I’d say it means he didn’t do a good job. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this service department in the future. It’s unfortunate because the folks at the service counter are nice enough but nice just doesn’t cut it when it comes to providing high quality service."
