The driver was excellent brought right to my front door, in perfect condition. If I ever ship another vehicle I WILL call these guys."

"I booked with them about 3 weeks in advance, to ship my car. I gave them two days that they could choose from to pick my car up. I called them the 1st day of the two available pick up days and inquired about the driver to transport my vehicle. Mark assured me that all is well and they will send the driver's details a couple hours before pick up. The following day, the final of the 2 days, Mark gave me a whole spiel about their truck being in the garage awaiting parts. If that were true, why didn't they tell me that they had gotten a driver, because less than 24 hours ago y'all didn't know who the driver was and now the truck is in the garage awaiting parts and I need to pay more to ship my car. I gave them all of 3 weeks and they didn't do their jobs and reserve a truck to ship my car. Then Mark had the nerve to tell me to feel free to explore other options to ship my car. THE DAY OF SHIPMENT! That's when he's saying this. Then I asked to speak with Ethan, which is whom I had been communicating with from the get-go. He proceeded to let me know that the cost had gone up and if I want it or not. The new price he gave me jumped up all of $305. I was understandably upset and frustrated. Saying they will cover $150 of the increase since the pick up window might be breached, as if they were doing me a favor. The only way to have made it right would have been to honor the cost they originally told me, if that means they cover that $305 increase. I told him that they all know I would have to still have them ship my car because at this point, last minute of course, everyone else would charge me more because they would not have had enough notice like Linus Auto Transport did! Safe to say, I will not be shipping with them again because they are not reliable and do not honor their price. They are Culprits. I thought about seeking legal action, but I'm too busy right now to pursue that at the moment."
