"If there was a zero i'd give that. I went for an issue with my tailgate and I had previously explained that I replaced my control module for it, because that's what I thought was the issue, and even when I replaced it, nothing changed. I then proceeded to tell him that something might have been shorting out the module, which may be the problem and if he can find the root cause for me. He took my car for two days, and in the end he quite literally told me what I had told him. He then asked me to pay 260, because he took longer on the car, after initially asking for 175. In the end, I payed 175, but simply for him to reword what I told him and say it back to me."

"Professional friendly honest quick Don’t see that anywhere Fixed an issue on my car that was a 900 dollar problem that I suspected was a couple thousand dollar problem (radiator vs head gasket + radiator leak) Wouldn’t have been able to tell the difference. They could have charged me for the expensive problem when there wasn’t one and I wouldn’t have known. Instead they chose to be honest. Always coming back"
