"My experience at The Tooth Inc. for wisdom teeth extraction was deeply disappointing and concerning. Despite being aware of my severe anxiety, I was given valium for anxiety and laughing gas. (I did not have anesthesia) All four wisdom teeth were removed, with the bottom two being severely impacted and close to my nerves. Post-surgery, I was only prescribed ibuprofen for pain relief. When I requested stronger medication, I was told by Surgeon Dr. Martinez that opioids couldn't be prescribed due to pharmacy regulations, which contradicted the experiences of others I spoke to who had received stronger pain relief after similar procedures. Days 1-3 after the surgery were a nightmare of excruciating pain, despite following all post-operative instructions diligently. When I asked for stronger medication again, the dental office refused and made excuses. Even after reaching out to the office on day 2, I was only prescribed prednisone, a steroid that can mask infection. This was alarming, considering the potential for infection post-surgery and the abrupt cessation of steroid use after a short period. When I expressed my concerns to the owner, Dr. Nyguen, I was met with disrespect and unprofessionalism. She suggested that I was getting information from Google rather than seeking advice from trusted family members who have extensive experience in the medical field. Her dismissive attitude only compounded my frustration and led me to question the quality of care provided. Overall my experience at The Tooth Inc. was far from satisfactory, and I would caution others to carefully consider their options before seeking treatment at this practice."

"Dr Nguyen is an excellent dentist and wonderful person. She pays attention to your pain points and makes the visit as comfortable as possible. The dental assistants are also knowledgeable and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this office!"

"I returned for my 6 month cleaning which I was examined by Dr. Nguyen. She is extremely thorough and gentle. I was amazed at the time she took to review my overall health which was crucial to the dental issues I have been experiencing. Dr. Nguyen provided a detailed treatment plan verbally as well as through the app which I really enjoy referring to. My first visit was last year and unexpectedly pleasant. The office has a comfortable spa like feel. Most importantly the entire staff is organized, professional, and compassionate. The time Dr. Salinas spent with me was extremely thorough and not rushed. She also was very gentle throughout my exam."

"I have always had very high anxiety going to the dentist, Dr Nguyen and her team were extremely patient, helpful and comforting. They helped me go step by step and were very reassuring. I was able to get nitrous gas and this made me extremely comfortable during treatment. I’ve never been able to be comfortable during a cleaning before this experience. This was a completely non judgmental very warm environment. There were movies, headphones, blankets, glasses, and music to help make patients at ease. You can tell this team is committed not only to helping make the appointment as comfortable as possible but also helping their patients overcome long time fears and aversions to care. So grateful to have found this office, excellent listeners, handled my anxiety with great care, and also helped educate me on a treatment plan to manage my anxiety during visits."
