"Brought in my '08 Altima Hybrid after having issues with the hybrid system after having it serviced elsewhere and still experiencing issues. First shop did various maintenance but the main thing was replacing the Camshaft sensor. Took my car here for further diagnosing as my car is relatively unique. They booked me easily and inspected my car within a few days. Brought it in early in the morning and the front desk assistant said they'd get to it same day. Fast forward 6 hours, they said they need the car another day. Left the car overnight and they got to it the following morning. After billing me for 2 hrs of work to inspect, they said my camshaft sensor was off and needed an addl 2 hrs of work to inspect further. I said fine and when they finished, they said that the same thing with nothing new citing that it's an "aftermarket sensor". Called the first shop asking about it and they use OEM parts. Took it back to the first shop and they checked the codes again and turns out it was the throttle body triggering the code, not the Camshaft sensor. These guys wasted 2 days of my time and 400$ on "inspection service" cost to tell me both wrong information and what another shop managed to handle in less than 2 hours. 2 stars because the front desk assistant was nice and communicative."

"I have never felt so alienated in my life. The service advisor authorized a service for my vehicle & I did ask for it. All I went there for was to have another fob made & programmed for my vehicle. They cut the key and that's it. I had to go online for programming instructions and if they did any kind of service at all, then why did they miss the nail in my tire. Will not go back to this dealership ever. They made me feel like turning in my Nissan for a Toyota."
