"I took my vehicle in to figure out what was wrong with my sensors and get them repaired. I have a warranty with a third party company. I dropped my vehicle off July 3, I called them to follow up July 6. Luis tells me my vehicle was in an accident and the warranty company won’t fix my vehicle. Well first of all I just bought this vehicle in September and there was nothing showing on the carfax of an accident. So now I went back to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and they inquired only to find out Maserati never submitted a claim and they were just guessing.. I picked up my vehicle July 10th and my vehicle was damaged while in the possession of the service department and they will not take accountability and now tells me due to the circumstances I can no longer get my vehicle serviced there. My windshield was cracked and dents on the hood of my vehicle. For this to be a luxury dealership they should handle luxury vehicles better then what they are doing… now I have to deal with a cracked windshield and dents on the hood of my not even 1 year old Maserati."
