"Great service starts with great people. The experience started on a call to the service department. Warm friendly and efficient. Greeted in person by service attendant and introduced to my my service rep Michael who was very helpful in communicating my issue to the service tech...Again both warm, friendly, efficient and had great communication throughout the process. The service tech who serviced my auto, also named Michael, went above and beyond to fix a rattle in the trunk. I watched through the glass wall as he took apart the rear end of my cayenne gts and tested every area underneath the vehicle and in the trunk to see where the noise was coming from so he could fix it. He figured it out after multiple test drives and came back to me and explained everything he did to isolate the noise and the fixes he made. Noise is gone! Results matter and to watch the entire team show great care from phone call to the service deserves accolades. There is No Substitute for great service! Thank you!"
"Had 60,000 mile service and some paint chips fixed. Service advisor, Jade, great. Results on the paint way better than expected and price was reasonable. We agreed on services and price—no surprises with the final bill. Staff is very nice from drop off to pickup."
"Amazing services with Michael and Jade. Michael responded to my requests for price quotes promptly over text due to my hectic work schedule and even allowed me to ship my own tires to them (this is unheard of in my previous experiences with dealers bc they usually upcharge to sell their own) for install. What a pleasant experience. Ethan, the loaner manager, was extremely accommodating with my loaner needs, is well versed with Porsche and a good conversationalist. Ashley, who recently started here is also courteous, happy and friendly. Again another great service experience. Keep up the good work Michael, Jade, Ethan, Ashley and Porsche S Austin!"
"Michael did a great job! Service department was able to locate the rattle in the back seat of my Taycan and fix it. I also left some items in the loaner car and since we live in San Marcos, Michael had them mailed FedEx! Great service!"
