"We have been coming here for almost 10 years for oil change but today they entered the wrong vehicle type (I have an Avalon but they entered 4Runner) and charged me more than Toyota Cedar Park dealership does ($107 instead of $90). I placed a called to verify charges. Also I was told to return at 6000 miles by this place while Toyota told me 10,000 miles! When I confronted the manager he just shrugged his shoulders and said that’s the way it is. He didn’t try to match the price to retain an old customer. We are never coming back. Go to dealership where price is cheaper, waiting room is much nicer and you even get free coffee!"

"I am very familiar with Budget Lube. Been going here since the early 90's. Never had a problem. However, lately not sure what's going on. The owner and/or manager is allowing the homeless to camp inside the car wash bays. I guess it's time for my friends, family, and I too take our business else where."

"I've used Budget Lube and Car Wash for many years. They're great folks, and fair and honest when it comes to mechanical work and pricing. I get all my cars inspected here. They're fast and friendly and their prices are great. On my last inspection I needed windshield wipers and knew it, and their cost to replace them was cheaper than I could have just bought the parts. 10/10, I love these guys."
