"Whenever you go here, this place always seems to be out of something. After getting your order that consists of more than just a few items, be sure to check what you have vs. what you ordered. 9 out of 10 times this place forgets your sandwich or something else. The employees usually have no problem with me coming back and getting a replacement."
"Stopped by here for a breakfast sandwich and a three pack of munchkins. I received my order very quickly. I also purchased one of the Dunkin' dog toys and had a nice chat with the cashier about her dogs. Great service and friendly staff at this location."
"This place was awesome in the beginning. However, lately have had horrible experiences every time a specific employee is working. Interrupting when you’re trying to place an order, then re-asking and re-making the drinks 5 times at the window bc she doesn’t enter or wrong sticker, loses sticker etc. Today was a 15 minute wait and there was no one in front of us at all. And last time was a 25 minute wait between line and mistakes, had to drive my dogs home and come back again bc they couldn’t get it together and I didn’t want to hold up the line any further. I will say the Manager there and remaining staff are lovely but this individual should not be at the window. This particular employee is always sarcastic and rude like you woke her up and gets everything, every time wrong. I will be taking my business elsewhere until they figure it out and was going there daily, a lot to lose. Sad to me because we enjoy the remainder of the staff and establishment…and I am understanding to mistakes, however it’s been pretty frequent as of lately"
"Called my family at 12:02 to get their order. It’s 12:41. Still sitting in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me. New location definitely needs staff. The girl at the drive through was very annoyed when I told her my drink was missing whip."
