"I recently called to book an appointment. I asked about my Car issue and the owner berated me over the phone before I could even get my question out. He then said he doesn’t want to help me and hung up. Professionalism is not their strong suit. If they can’t answer a basic question regarding refrigerant then I wouldn’t let them 100ft near your car. I wouldn’t trust them with my car let alone any basic auto knowledge."
