"Usually a great place to come. Never had any issues with prior services. The employees have always been super nice. However my experience this last time could have been very costly to me and the people who ride with me. The skid plate was not placed bolted back securely. The employees were great to rectify the situation and replace the missing bolts. The employee who serviced my vehicle was not working when I returned. I was told today there were only 3 bolts when I came in for my oil change and I told the young man I should have been told that there was one missing. The customers should be informed if something is missing or incorrect from the moment you pull in to the bay. Like many others, I do not get underneath my vehicle to inspect because I don’t know what I should be looking for. That way a customer will know to fix and that responsibility falls on the customer. I’m just grateful I caught it early enough before any real damage could have been done."

"Jay was so helpful and professional. He was able to inform me about my air filters and the importance of me changing them. I never knew how much they effected my car performance. Something they never did at my last spot. I didn't even know I had air filter in my glove department.I will be getting my oil changed by them now only."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Please tell me what is wrong with this picture....(I'll give you a hint) the mileage is off, when we drove off our bottom came undone and some how the BRAND NEW OIL we paid for is LEAKING. If you also didn't notice we had to pull into Vavoline to get a service that we paid for at this Take 5 location. The tech who worked on our vehicle was Quann."

"Overfilled the car by 1-1.5 quarts, about 3/8in to 1/2in above the max line. I noticed an oil leak, and checked the bottom of the car. Didn’t notice anything obvious , so I thought maybe the it was overfilled and the oil came out of a breather hose, and it was indeed overfilled. Took out enough oil to make it sit at the max mark. Oils pretty dark for 150 miles, so maybe they didn’t take the time to drain the oil, or someone can’t count quarts. Either way, not great work."

"First and foremost, if you’re getting an oil change in the summer months be patience with the workers. It’s hot and there’s really no ac in a bay that services about 3 cars at a time. Also depending on the time you arrive there might be a line due to different services being conducted on different vehicles. Now to my actual service view. This is the only service station where as you wait in your vehicle they provide you with a bottled water. Went with my uncle for his regular oil change. We were in the 2nd bay lane which was moving slower than lane 1. Yes, sometimes the service might be a little slow/backed up but that’s due to the job their providing. I would say we spent 45-min waiting to be seen so we past the time reading reviews. Some were funny—yes the workers do look a little rough like they’re from a workers release program but they were very professional and cool. Made some jokes with Quan, Willie & Eddie whilst they were working on his vehicle. My only complaint is no one ever showed a pricing . However, if you’re a regular guess you already know the lay of the land. They provide military discount so if you’re a veteran/active member get your discount. We were serviced and out in less time than the wait—about 20-min. They provide your sticker for your next service. Also learned you can come back in 30-days and they’ll top your car off for free!"
