"Dr. Huynh is amazing! Immediately she assessed the situation and drew out a plan. Mackenzie was also great, took several X-rays and you can tell there was a lot of quality with her work. Front desk was always great, I have no complaints. I would also like To note the physical appearance of the office is beautiful and up to date. I think I have finally found my dental spot. "Our first encounters were very positive with Westinghouse Dental. Then over the last 9 months the billing, with Medicare, was a disaster. We kept getting statements, from Starla, saying we owed more money. Which we did not. Finally, Starla, suggested we ‘part ways’. So much for customer service. Move on if you are looking for a new dentist. Final thought...Starla said Dr Wichita does not handle any of the billing. So you are left wrangling with office staff kid you feel there is an issue. Being new to Medicare....this was not OK with us."
"Dr. Wichita and the team at Westinghouse Dental are great. The staff is always polite and they will send SMS reminders for upcoming appointments; rescheduling appointments is also easy if required. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking in the small complex, as well as a gas station nearby. The clinic itself is clean, well maintained and has a nicely decorated reception/waiting area. Within the multiple clinic rooms, there are ceiling TVs so you can watch a show while you get your teeth fixed by a trustworthy team!"
"First time patient. Have got to say we're wonderful. All treated me with care and respect. With my bad teeth, I tend to get embarrassed of my situation. They all made me feel comfortable and as at home. Especially Kristen, the hygienist. What a jewel! Thank you"
