"Started off great. They even got me on early. I waited for over half hour to get my treatment plan, and I still don’t have it. Although no one asked me I had insurance so at the very end they couldn’t give me a treatment plan so I called the next day. It was way too high she was supposed to talk to the doctor and call me back and of course I’ve heard nothing. just like the one in marble Falls. I’ve been waiting two years for a treatment plan. I’ve always heard you sucked, but I thought I’d give you a try"

"The staff was very polite, empathetic, and friendly. They addressed the issues that I was experiencing and throughly explained my next steps regarding my case. I believe that I am well informed and will proceed proceed with the recommendation. We'll have to see how things go, I guess ."

"UPDATE, bumping up my rating to a 4/5. Office manager Amanda contacted me with my concerns and walked me through some things. To my understanding the dentist who serviced me was not directly with their location. The employees at this location were amazing but the dentist left a terrible taste in my mouth pun not intended. Original review (2/5): Although the doctor did his job, I didn’t feel cared for in any way. I more so felt like an appointment ready to be moved out the way. They snatched my wisdom teeth out and let me leave. I wasn’t given proper instructions on what to do and I also asked for a private conversation with the doctor to which I was denied. Furthermore before the appointment I was charged an extra $93 due to an oversight in their system with the codes for my procedure. I’m currently in pain and the medicine I was prescribed barely did anything to mitigate the post op pain. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I’m only giving a 2/5 because at least the teeth are gone. I’ve never been upset to go to the dentist, but I will definitely avoid this office + doctor. The dental assistants did great though. Had they not been there I would have had to excuse myself and find a better doctor."

"I had a great experience here. I stopped by on a Saturday for an emergency procedure it was very welcoming from the start. The manager Amanda was great; helped me out and did very well explaining everything to me. She checked up on me a couple time during my visit which I really appreciate. The dentist and her staff were great too very professional, caring, and tended to my needs. Honestly best experience I've ever had at the dentist. Great job to you all and thank you for taking care of me!"

Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and patient with me, as I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist. The staff is truly outstanding. They were not only highly professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my entire visit, which is essential for someone like me who has some dental anxiety. They took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I felt well-informed and confident in their abilities. The office itself is modern, clean, and seems to be well-maintained. I also appreciate their convenient scheduling options and the ease of making appointments.
