"Took my car in last spring because an engine light came on driving to work. Asked them to check why for me. They told me that I needed a new alternator and the cost would be over $700. I did not belief that was the problem so I denied the work. They still charged me $120. I wouldn’t have a problem with the $120 diagnostic fee if another place hadn’t told me there was nothing wrong with my electrical system. It’s been almost a year and my alternator is fine. I called and a left a message to speak with the owner about the wrong diagnosis and no one ever called me back."

"Overall very nice and helpful staff, but my rating is due to what happened recently. I paid $1300 for a new fuel sensor and about 8 weeks later it went bad. They got me in and started working on it as soon as I brought it in, which was great, but I was charged $600 for labor and for testing to determine the issue. I was pretty disappointed about this, seeing as how I had just paid $1300 a few weeks prior to fix the exact same issue. I should have been charged nothing and the labor cost should've been billed to the supplier of the fuel sensor for providing a faulty part. Hopefully the company will work on fixing this."

I never feel blindsided by a quote since they always make sure I'm only fixing what's necessary. Special shout outs to Ed and Junior for making the tough days of surprise brake replacements a lot easier! I recommend their team to anyone in town - this isn't the closest auto repair shop to my house and I still make the effort to drive up because of their impeccable work and customer service!"
