"I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! I am a Retired Army Veteran. My regular dentist referred me to Torres Dental for a root canal. The endocrinologist literally finished the root canal, didn’t like the way it looked after doing an X-ray and redid it TWO more times. My gums are so sore, and my mouth hurts so bad… I actually told him I could feel what he was doing and his response was “it doesn’t matter”. We literally got into a huge argument, because I didn’t like how I was being treated. I guess I wasn’t suppose to tell him, I was hurting or I could feel him working in my mouth. He threatened to call the police on me after I cursed him out, as if I cared…and my mouth and gums were in excruciating pain! I’m definitely notifying the VA to inform them of how I was treated, so they can remove this location from the community care list of providers!"

"Wow. This was absolutely the rudest dentist visit I have EVER had. Torres was insanely rude, unprofessional and dismissive of all my concerns about re-doing a root canal/crown. She repeatedly used insulting language to describe my teeth and several times dismissed my complaint about newly occurring pain I’ve been experiencing. She lacked vocabulary and professionalism when she repeatedly said my molar was a “little nub” and said, “there are a lot of negative things about your teeth”. Gee thanks. I’ve been aware of my issues with teeth grinding at night and to be told in such a demeaning, unprofessional way how bad my molars are is very upsetting. No use of terminology, just a weirdly aggressive attitude and insulting language. I tried to explain how a root canal/crown gone wrong was causing me new pain I previously didn’t have and she outright said it wasn’t possible or it’s because of the teeth grinding. Apparently she couldn’t comprehend that there is obviously something else wrong since this is an issue that started AFTER the root canal. But no, I guess my pain isn’t real. Not only that, but when I stated that I am not comfortable with any of my natural surrounding teeth being ground down during an adjustment she actually said, “Well I’m going to have to anyway”. Um, no. You will not grind my natural teeth down any more than they already are without my consent. Unbelievable. She actually seemed to get angry when I told her ‘no’ and launched into a whole spiel about gum surgery and it was going to be impossible otherwise to redo the crown. All whilst this woman is looming over me, speaking aggressively with her hot breath on my face. At that point I just decided these are huge red flags and I’ll be damned if this aggro boomer is going to perform surgery on me. I got up and on the way out when I was making sure my insurance was squared away for this appalling visit, I had one last rude encounter. The elderly male receptionist asked what was wrong and when I said the dentist was rude and I don’t feel comfortable with her, he actually told me “Wow no one has EVER said that to me about her! And I’m her brother! Everyone LOVES her attitude!” Exhibit A, refer to the other negative reviews for this place and whom they reference. Both of the Torres are awful. Period. This was such a shockingly rude and upsetting experience, deserving of every single paragraph. I’m not going to let ANYONE speak to me like that, let alone perform surgery on me when you don’t even have a modicum of professionalism. If any of this sounds like a situation you don’t want to deal with, avoid this place at all costs."

"First off, I avoid dentists because of the pain. However, I can't say enough good things about this office. I went in for a root canal. Dr Torres saved me the cost of a crown and did the most painless root canal procedure I have ever had. The front office actually understands insurance and was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend."
