"We took our vehicle to this dealership because they came recommended and it was a Kia forte that was worked on. They kept our automobile for weeks and thankfully we had an additional vehicle but when we got our vehicle returned to us it still does not run properly. The cosmetic damage was repaired but I'm sure there are internal issues that they did not take care of. The vehicle will constantly cut off on my wife when she drives it creating a serious problem for her safety .I'm more than likely will not be returning to this dealership to have my vehicle worked on."

"I had an appointment to get a new key programmed. While I was being checked in by John, he informed me that I had 2 recalls on my vehicle and that they would be taking care of that as well. I wasn’t aware of any recalls, but I was extremely grateful for him. My wait time was an hour less than he indicated that it would be. Efficient and speedy. I was truly impressed!"

"My car had to have major warranty work and I couldn’t be more pleased . It did take a bit but the service agent, Sam was ver attentive and assuring. A compete overall check was done and I chose to do some. There was pressure or push to do any of it just informed me. I was very pleased ."

"I’m happy to share that my service appointment recently was one of the best I’ve experienced with this dealerships service department. The service advisor Bandy was so friendly and had a welcoming energy which is a welcomed feeling in comparison to past visits. I believe the technician was Gustavo and my vehicle is running optimally after his help. Overall, past experiences were not as notable and I’d go as far as to comment that they had me questioning if I’d continue my vehicle maintenance due to an unfriendly and rude advisor. I’m glad that I’ve continued to choose Gay Kia for my vehicles maintenance needs. With a friendly and knowledgeable team like Bandy and Gustavo, I know I’m in good hands.
