"I brought a picture to show the hair dresser what I wanted. Explained that I part my hair on the right side of my head and that I straighten it. When she asked me what I thought I asked for just a tiny bit more to be cut off. By the time she was done she had cut my hair up to the base of my ears and it wasn't even. It was supposed to be brushing my shoulders. I have added a picture of what I want and a picture of what she did. The blonde cut was what I wanted."
"Jessica cut my hair the first time and it was perfect. She layered the top and sides the way I wanted. The second time I went and I told her my hair was laying perfectly and I liked the length at that time so if she would just do a light trim. She took a clipper and shaved all of the layers off the sides and clipped the top so short it can’t be combed, so close you can see my scalp. I got home and looked in the mirror and I text her to ask why she did this and got no answer. Guys,if you like your hair go somewhere else"
