"I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time, I was so nervous coming here but Gaby did my imaging and put me at ease right from the start. Jill took care of my cleaning and made the entire process as comfortable as it could be. She checked in and asked how I felt and made sure I knew what she was doing next. I highly recommend this place. I know as a patient I was nervous going in due to past offices shaming me for not being perfect but I didn’t feel the least bit judged while here. "Just moved to Texas from Louisiana and located this Dental office online . I really enjoyed my visit. They were very thourough and attentive! Judy at the front desk was really caring and nice and engaging and assisted me through the process with all of my questionand paperwork. The doctor created a cheaper treatment pan than my previous dentist and referred my son to the in house orthodontist for his braces. This was so convenient and this place is truely amazing!"

"Had an appointment for 1pm. I showed up at 12:45. 45 minutes went by and at 1:30 I asked the front desk how much longer I would have to wait. She stated there was one more person ahead of me. At that point I told her to cancel it. This is unacceptable. These guys called and text me at least six times to confirm my 1pm appointment days in advance. To do all that and have me wait over 30 minutes for a cleaning is ridiculous."

"Was very excited for my little one first appt. But the experience was extremely awful. The lack of customer service is something I never experienced before at a dental office. Had an appt at 1pm and they didn’t bring us back until 1:35pm. The person who brought us back seem like she didn’t want to talk to us. All she said was to sign a document. Then looking around I see the room on this conditions (pictures below) not very sanitary for a dental office. After waiting 10 more minutes in the room, I decided to walk out and the lady at the exit asked me what happened when I explained, she said she would be back and went to check…. After about 5 minutes she came back and didn’t even know herself what was going on. Then, she told other lady in the front office the situation and she didn’t care. So we left. According to their policy they will charge you $40 if you're more than 15 min late and it will count as a missed appt, but I guess the cordiality doesn’t apply to them when they make you wait 40 min and no one updates you on what going on."
